<S6> [no full sun] one <S3> [okay in] </S3> [because] the yield is er higher and you can produce more coffee this this er shade er plantation are mainly used in central america and in africa but er nowadays an increase of the production in asia and so it's better (to choose) </S6>

<S5> [coffee with] better quality it's always from er harvested from from plantation where there is some cover or not from these su- sunny plantations [for example] </S5>

<S6> er no i don't think so because you have to have the special markets er <COUGH> actually people are er demanding more er coffee with higher quality but er not so many people which are er who are willing to pay more for this coffee </S6>

<S5> do you really think that because a- at least in finland people are using more and more better quality coffee all the time <S6> mhm-hm </S6> they are changing to from this b- bulk coffee to to better quality coffee , at least i think that because that's because they appear in the shops a lot of m- different qualities all the time so <S6> yeah </S6> <S3> [yeah] </S3> [so] i don't know about the other parts of the world but at least it's happening here </S5>

<S1> yeah i think once people start caring about their health then people will have more and more interested to buy or to pay for the organic food and things like that but at the time of course it depends on the who the persons are maybe and not only on the person maybe also on the income of the person some people probably even here in finland are not ready to pay more because they don't have and then so it's , so how much did you benefit from from from er from the adopting or adapting your presentation and essay from from the article in 99 </S1>
